On the “Inventory Menu”:

1. Select “Run Comparisons” on the top bar menu.

Begin: count at the beginning of the period.
Purchase: how much was purchased from the vendor during the period.
On Hand: how much you have total.
Usage: how much of a product you actually used from start to invoice.
Ideal Used: theoretical usage based on variance report.
Mix Qty: what was sold based on the Product History.

The Inventory Comparison report shows the daily inventory itemsā€™ beginning count, additional quantities you have purchased since your beginning count was taken, what you have made and your actual usage from POS.

The Mix QTY column is the number of items sold from the Sales Mix.
